What we collect
When you request an inspection, we may collect your name, contact information, company, property address, requested service, timing, property details, referral information, and notes you choose to provide. The website may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use this information to review requests, prepare scope and pricing, contact you, schedule and deliver services, maintain business records, improve the customer experience, and protect the website from misuse.
Where a request goes
Website requests are securely routed into MeridianVault’s private business workspace so the team can follow up and manage the inspection process. Submitting the form does not take a payment.
Software beta requests
If you request beta access, we store your email, professional role, preferred device, consent date and notice version, and campaign attribution (landing page, referring site, and campaign tags). We use this information to organize testing groups, respond about beta access, and measure which pages bring interested participants. Beta requests are stored separately from inspection requests; registration does not create an app account or trigger an automatic invitation. You can ask us to remove your beta request using the contact below.
Temporary request drafts and receipts
To help you continue a request, contact and property form fields and pricing inputs may be kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Extra notes and access instructions are not included in this draft. Start a different property to clear the draft. After a successful submission, a local receipt contains only the request reference, request type, and saved time; you can download or print it. Closing the tab or clearing browser storage may remove these local copies without deleting a request already saved by MeridianVault.
Website measurement
We record public page visits and actions such as opening a guide, using an estimator, or starting a request, together with referring-site and campaign tags. These optional events do not include inspection form answers or email addresses. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional event collection. Private dashboard pages are excluded.
Sharing and selling
MeridianVault does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the business, when they are connected, and when reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, protect rights or safety, or comply with law.
Retention and choices
Records are kept only as reasonably needed for service, business, legal, and security purposes. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information, subject to recordkeeping obligations, by calling 678-857-4642.
Security and updates
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated as the website and connected services change; the date above will show the latest revision.
