You can request an inspection online and see residential pricing guidance or a commercial PCA planning range first. MeridianVault then reviews the property, scope, timing, and availability before confirming the appointment, agreement, and secure payment instructions.
02Does MeridianVault inspect both homes and commercial properties?+
Yes. MeridianVault provides residential inspections as well as defined-scope commercial inspections, ASTM E2018-24 Property Condition Assessments, draw and progress documentation, and drone-supported exterior documentation when conditions permit.
03What areas does MeridianVault serve?+
MeridianVault serves Metro Atlanta, Gwinnett County, North Fulton, DeKalb County, and surrounding North Georgia markets, including Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Duluth, Lilburn, Norcross, Snellville, Suwanee, Buford, and Marietta.
04What happens after I send an inspection request?+
MeridianVault reviews the requested service and property details, confirms scope and availability, then provides the agreement and secure payment path. The preferred date is not booked and no payment is taken when the initial request is submitted.
05Can I see how MeridianVault reports are organized?+
Yes. The sample-report experience shows how residential observations and commercial PCA information are organized into evidence, limitations, decision context, and next steps. Demonstration examples are clearly labeled and are not real property findings.
