Estimates and requests
A website estimate is a planning range, not a final quote. A submitted request does not create a contract, charge a payment method, or guarantee availability. Scope, final fee, timing, and deliverables are confirmed separately.
Inspection agreement controls
Every accepted assignment is governed by its written inspection or consulting agreement. If website language differs from an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.

Sample reports, interface demonstrations, diagrams, and technology descriptions are illustrative. They are not findings about a real property and do not promise that every tool or method will be used on every assignment.
